BBCG, Inc. can also provide  critical care, limited benefit, short-term and supplemental products. These are often useful to cover persons who do not have access to other group or individual products either due to them not being offered or lack of financial resources. We can access virtually any carrier in which you have an interest. Our preferred carriers are:

Defined Contribution Health Plans

For those employers who do not offer a qualified major medical plan but who still want to offer some form of healthcare support to employees, BBCG Inc. can lead you through the procedures to provide a fixed stipend to employees whereby they can purchase the healthcare product of their choice from the carrier of their choice via an HRA ("health reimbursement arrangement"). The stipend is tax deductible expense to the business just as major medical premium would be. In combination with other salary reduction methods, the employer cost can be nominal. Many forward thinking benefits professionals feel the defined contribution approach will replace many small business qualified plans as PPACA (i.e., healthcare reform) becomes more fully implemented.
